2. How do I find the apartment within the building?
After booking, message +91 97423 52824 on WhatsApp with the property name, your name, and booking dates. Full directions, block, floor, and access code instructions are sent.
Parking is in the basement.

 

Booking & Pricing

3. What is the nightly rate for the apartment?
₹2,500 per night for 2 guests.

4. Are there charges for additional guests?
The maximum capacity is for 3 guests (1 double bed and 1 single bed); Rs.600 for extra guests.

5. Are children charged the same rate?
Yes. Children below 5 years old are free of cost.

​

6. Do I need to pay for extra guests even if they stay only a few days but not the entire stay?
Yes.

7. What are the payment options?
UPI and other Airbnb-accepted modes.

8. What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in.

9. Do you offer any discounts?
Discounts might be available on monthly stays. Check with us directly with your requirements.

10. Do you allow early check in or late check out?
Check-in after 1:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Early/late options may be possible on request, subject to availability.

1 queen size double bed in the bedroom. 1 single bed in the living area.

Yes, free visitor parking in the basement.

No cameras inside the apartment.

 

Housekeeping & Services

16. How often is cleaning provided?
Regular cleaning service is provided on a daily basis 6 days a week.

 

17. What is included in the housekeeping service?
Cleaning, dusting, tidying up, trash removal. Cleaning dishes is not included.

18. What time does the housekeeper come?
Typically between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

 

19. What if we're not at home during cleaning time?
The housekeeper has access to the apartment. She will come and clean up at her regular time. If you don’t want her to come in your absence, then inform us accordingly.

20. How often are bed sheets changed?
On every check in day. Also every 4 days, on request, on long stays.

21. What language does the housekeeper speak?
Hindi.

​

22. How do I dispose of trash?
Segregate wet/dry in bins under the wash basin. Place bins outside your main door by 9:00 AM for collection by the building housekeeping team.

 

Check-in & Access

23. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in after 1:00 PM. Check-out before 10:00 AM.

24. Will there be someone at reception to help me check in?
Self check-in with smart lock and access codes. Directions and instructions will be provided on messages.

25. How do I access the apartment?
Access code details sent before check-in. Entry to building via code/security clearance; apartment uses a digital smart lock (PIN provided on check-in day).

26. How does the smart lock work?
Swipe across the lock to activate the keypad.
Enter the 6-digit PIN + hash (#) quickly after activation.
If it fails, wait 30 seconds before retrying.
Contact us immediately if you have issues.

27. What if we arrive late for check-in?
Self check-in is available; late entry is fine.

  • Swimming pool, gym, indoor play areas (for guests: nominal usage fee applies)

Yes. Zomato, Swiggy, BigBasket, Amazon—use flat number in address. Notify host for security approval.

M5 Shopping Mall, Starbucks, and major restaurants are available within a 2 km radious.

 

Local Attractions & Activities

31. What tourist attractions are nearby?
Bannerghatta National Park, Lalbag Botanical Gardens, all major Bangalore city attractions are nearby. The local metro station is Infosys Foundation Konappana Agrahara.

 

House Rules & Policies

32. What are the house rules?

  • No smoking indoors

  • No parties or events

  • Quiet hours after 10 PM

  • Only registered guests allowed

  • Keep kitchen and dishes clean

 

33. Do you allow pets?
No.

Yes.

35. What should I do at checkout?
Turn off electronics, close all windows/doors, wash used dishes, clean kitchen, send checkout message to host.
