Booking & Pricing
What is the nightly rate for the apartment?
₹3,500 per night for up to 2 guests for a 2BHK apartment.

Are there charges for additional guests?
Yes, additional guests are charged ₹600 per person per night.
Maximum capacity is 4 people
Are children charged the same rate?
Children below 5 years stay free. Above 5 years, regular charges apply.

Do I need to pay for extra guests even if they stay only few days but not the entire stay?
Yes, you pay the additional guest fee only for days the extra guests actually stay.

What are the payment options?
We accept UPI payments. We take full payment in advance to block your requested dates. We cannot monitor partial payments. Thank you for understanding.

What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund.
​
Do you offer any discounts?
Monthly discounts are offered for longer stays. Our rates are competitive in the area.

Do you allow early check in or late check out?
Very limited early check in or late check out requests could be entertained depending on the booking status of the other guests and availability of our housekeeper. Please check with us in advance before booking.

Apartment 1: 1 queen size double bed and 1 single bed. Additional fold-out mattresses available.

Yes, covered parking is available for Apartment 1. Open parking for Apartment 2.

No cameras inside the apartment to ensure your complete privacy.

Housekeeping & Services
How often is cleaning provided?
Housekeeping service is provided 5 days a week. Guests are notified about cleaning staff availability in advance.

What is included in the housekeeping service?
General cleaning only; guests are responsible for washing dishes and kitchen cleanliness.
​
What time does the housekeeper come?
Between 10 AM to 12 noon.
​
What if we're not at home during cleaning time?
Housemaid has smart lock access and will clean the apartment even if you're not present, unless you ask her not to come.

How often are bed sheets changed?
After every guest leaves. For longer stays, bedsheets and towels are changed every 5 days.

What language does the housekeeper speak?
Kannada, Hindi, and understands English.
​
How do I dispose of trash?
Use wet and dry bins located under the kitchen tap.
Place bins outside your door by 9 AM for collection by building housekeeping.
Take bins back inside after waste collection.

Check-in & Access
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in after 2 PM. Check-out by 10 AM.

Will there be someone at reception to help me check in?
No. We have self check-in and check-out with clear instructions easy for all, including seniors.

How do I access the apartment?
You will receive:
- Security passcode for the main gate (show to security)
- PIN code for the apartment smart lock
Keep your government ID handy for verification if needed.

How does the smart lock work?
Swipe across the lock to activate keypad.
Enter the 6-digit PIN + hash (#) quickly after activation.
If it fails, wait 30 seconds before retrying.
Contact us immediately if you have issues.

What if we arrive late for check-in?
Late check-in is possible using access codes. Contact us 1-2 days prior to get instructions.
